1. Rest your cursor on the User Maintenance on the Administration menu. A drop down menu appears. Click on the User Profile Maintenance option. The User Profile Maintenance screen appears.
2. Select the end user an employee of the customer a bank's customer, a thrift's customer, or a credit union's member. that is given access to application by the company administrator the customer, or a person assigned by the customer, who will have administration responsibilities in the Commercial Customer Platform of the application. or a user administrator. you want to change by clicking in the Current User field. The selected user’s information appears in the screen.
3. Make any necessary changes. If necessary, click the Reset button to restore all fields to their previously stored values.
Note: User IDs must be unique. If you are changing the user ID, it must not match any administrator ID or end user ID already in use.
4. Click the Update button.
Note: If Dual Control is enabled, the updated user profile will be in a pending status waiting to be approved or denied.
